Savannah Baseball Player Steps Up To Hit With His Bat On Fire
Talk about a hot swing!
The Savannah Bananas are known for their unique and crazy antics. This past weekend they pulled a very unique stunt, and one player went up to bat with his baseball bat on fire. The Bananas were playing the Savannah Party Animals, when a player stepped up to bat with fire ablaze.
The fiery game was part of the Banana World Tour, which is a seasonal baseball experience that prioritizes nonstop entertainment that “tests the rules,” according to the Bananas official website.
The player, Zak Whalin, walked up to bat with his wooden bat literally on fire. What is amazing to me is how nonchalant everyone else on the field was about it.
