TikTok has a lot of great hacks and food trends, like the quick n easy feta pasta recipes. But there are definitely some trends that food professionals are saying you should NOT try at all. Here are some trends Eat This says you want to avoid:

The riskiest TikTok food trends include “Sleepy Chicken,” which is the trend of marinating chicken in NyQuil. Food expert Cara Harbstreet says it is hard to tell just how much NyQuil you'd be ingesting, but she says, you're probably taking in more NyQuil than recommended, On top of that, the chicken often looks very undercooked in most videos which is a safety concern.

Putting your grilled cheese in a toaster to cook it is dangerous as well and could spark a fire.

While some would disagree, apparently washing your chicken is unnecessary and could cause your sink, faucet, and other kitchen spaces to be contaminated by salmonella.

Spreading Nachos on a table sounds cool, but not when people aren’t washing their hands between bites.

Finally, squeezing lemon in your coffee won’t make you lose weight, you're more likely to get heartburn and damage your tooth enamel.

What TikTok food trend seems most risky to you? Are there any risky trends you've seen that aren't on this list?

There's nothing like a good movie. And nothing makes a movie better than an epic soundtrack. And sometimes, the film soundtracks are even better than the movie altogether. Like Camp Rock or arguably The Breakfast Club.

For me, whenever I think of movie soundtracks, of course, I think of Disney. The only whole soundtracks I used to listen to as a kid were the Now That's What I Call or any of the Disney or Disney Channel Original Movies soundtracks. I know this would technically not be a soundtrack, but I also think of John Williams. He's the composer behind many film scores including Jurassic Park, Superman, and Star Wars. I used to listen alllllll of those scores over and over again when I was a kid! So a glance at my iPod Shuffle in middle school might have, say, the theme to Harry Potter, and then immediately after, something by Ke$ha, LOL!

Independent put together a list of 40 of the greatest movie soundtracks, but I've got their top 10. Not included from the Independent's list is Belly, The Bodyguard, Dirty Dancing 2, Drive, Lost Highway, Lost in Translation, Romeo and Juliet, The Beach, Pretty in Pink, and Black Panther.

What other film soundtracks should be on this list?

10. Do The Right Thing (1989)

9. Eden (2014)

8. The Graduate (1968)

7. Super Fly (1972)

6. Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

5. Trainspotting (1996)

4. Pulp Fiction (1994)

3. Almost Famous (2000)

2. Purple Rain (1984)

1. Kill Bill Vol 1 (2003)
