The U.S. National Whitewater Center located at 5000 Whitewater Center Parkway offers ice skating. Unfortunately, ice skating ends this week. On Monday, February 14th, 2022 it will be the last day to skate.
Since its opening three years ago, the skating area has grown to over 24,000 square feet. This includes two ice trails and two free skate areas. New trails have been added toward the pump house for skaters to enjoy.
An Airstream is parked on the ice in the center of the converted pond, serving hot and cold beverages. Ice skating requires a Single Activity Pass ($25 each) or an All-Access Pass. You have to pay for parking as well. It is $6 per car.
