One Machine Gun Kelly fan is $100 richer this week.

Machine Gun Kelly was playing the final date of his “Tickets To My Downfall,” tour at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio this weekend. The show was sold out, but that didn’t stop MGK from stopping the show when he spotted one fan’s sign.

The sign read, “I bet you $10 I’m taller than you.” Never one to turn down a bet it seems, MGK called the young female fan up on stage, and upped the anti; he told the fan he would give her $100 if she did end up being taller than the singer.

As the fan came on stage, the two looked the same height, and when the first went back to back, MGK did appear taller. That is, until the fan pointed out that he was wearing heeled boots. Once MGK took off his shoes, and remeasured, the audience erupted and he knew immediately, he had just lost $100.

As a fellow tall girl myself (I’m 5’11), I love this! Good for that girl for making the most of her height, and finding a creative way to meet one of her favorite artists, and stand out in a crowd!
