With the subject now being taken seriously, a scientist asked to investigate the effects of being close to a UFO says he’s made some progress. Dr. Garry Nolan, professor of pathology at Stanford University, has spent the last 10 years analyzing materials from UFOs and UFO encounters and was asked to examine around 100 cases of pilots who were close to alleged UFOs and suffered ‘horrible’ brain damage.

Using “blood analysis instrumentation” and MRIs, he says their brains resemble the brains of people that suffer multiple sclerosis. Dr. Nolan also says his team found that the patients had an “over-connection of neurons,” and that around a quarter of the patients died from their injuries.
