Christian McCaffrey’s 2021-2022 NFL season is over after seven games.

The Carolina Panthers announced on Monday that the ankle injury he sustained in the first half of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins would take him out for the rest of the season. This is McCaffrey’s second injury of this season. He injured his hamstring during Week 3 and missed the next five games. This past Sunday was only his fourth game back since that return in Week 9.

After the news broke, Christian McCaffrey took to Instagram to share his frustration.
