Scottie Pippen is taking aim at Michael Jordan in his new memoir. In “Unguarded,” he shares exactly how he felt his portrayal in the ESPN documentary, “The Last Dance.”

In an exclusive excerpt from Scottie Pippen's upcoming memoir, Unguarded, provided by GQ Pippen says: “Each episode was the same: Michael on a pedestal, his [Chicago Bulls] teammates secondary, smaller, the message no different from when he referred to us back then as his ‘supporting cast.’ They glorified Michael Jordan while not giving nearly enough praise to me and my proud teammates,” Pippen said – something he blamed MJ for. “The producers had granted him editorial control of the final product. The doc couldn't have been released otherwise. He was the leading man and the director.”

The way Scottie sees it, MJ did the documentary to finally put to show that he was better than LeBron James.

Mike’s rep wouldn’t comment. “Unguarded” hits stores on November 9th.
