Alec Baldwin has given his first – and probably only – interview in the wake of the accidental shooting on the set of “Rust” that left Halyna Huchins dead.
TMZ shared footage of Alec and his family in Vermont. He and Hilaria got out of their car to address the gathered media. While he was polite – albeit intense – his wife seemed particularly annoyed. She didn’t really want him to talk, but he said he wanted to.
Naturally, the actor couldn’t comment on the pending investigation, but he explained that he and the late cinematographer were friends. One thing Alec is pretty certain of is that the production is now over. He also touched on the movement to rethink the use of firearms in film and TV productions. When he finished speaking, he politely asked them to leave him and his family alone.
