Who doesn't enjoy Italian food? In fact, when I first met my girlfriend and we were starting to get to know one another, I asked the cliche question of, "What's your favorite food?" I knew from her response that she was the one when she replied "carbs." Yes! Give me all of the carbs. Give me all of the pasta. Give me all of the pizza.

Being in North Carolina, you never know what you're going to get when you choose that you're going to eat Italian. Charlotte is home to so many amazing Italian restaurants. Some that immediately come to mind are North Italia, Mama Ricottos, Indaco, Capishe, Stagioni, Aria Tuscan Grill, and so so so many more. While I may not be qualified to tell you what the best is, 'Eat This, Not That!' sure is! They gathered data and Yelp reviews to compile a list of the best Italian restaurants in each state.
