Next Week is the “My First Charlotte Checkers Game” for Kids

If you've never been to a Charlotte Checkers game then are you really a Queen City resident? These hockey games are fun for all ages and this October it is the "My First Checkers Game" event.

I've been to a game before and it was so much fun! For the little ones who have never been, kids’ tickets, for ages 12 and under, are available for $5 (plus fees). This is only while tickets last. The discounted tickets must be purchased online. In addition, the first 750 kids to arrive will get a Checkers t-shirt.

There’s a way for everyone to get a free ticket to a future game. The October 23rd game will also feature a School Supply Drive presented by First National Bank. During this drive, visitors are encouraged to donate school supplies to benefit Classroom Central. Anyone who does will also receive a free ticket to our game on Sunday, November 28th.
