Weekdays 6:00AM-9:00AM

People trick-or-treat in a Brooklyn neighborhood on Halloween night on October 31, 2015 in New York City. Throughout the country children and adults are dressing-up in costumes to both scare and entertain as they make their way through neighborhoods collecting candy treats.

With Halloween about two weeks away, you’re probably noticing a lot of homes putting up spooky decorations to get into the holiday spirit. But it seems some states like to get their spook on more than others.

  • In case you missed it, Lombardo Homes recently came out with a report revealing the states that decorate the most for Halloween, and you may be surprised by the leaders.
  • They based their findings on analysis of over 1,000 Halloween decoration search terms in Google.
  • The report finds that Utah is the state that decorates most for Halloween, followed by Illinois.
