The finale episode of the well-loved tv show “That ’70s Show” aired in May 2006. Netflix has now announced the launch of a new+ spinoff for the show called “That ’90s Show”.

They’ve announced that they already have two of the original cast members signed on to do the series. Kurtwood Smith, who played Red Foreman, will be returning alongside Debra Jo Rupp, who played his tv wife Kitty Foreman.

Netflix has called for 10 episodes of the new series. The original creators of the show, Bonnie and Terry Turner, will also be returning to write and produce this new spin-off, alongside their daughter Lindsey.

They are hoping to also get Topher Grace (who played Eric), Laura Prepon (who played Donna), Ashton Kutcher (Kelso), and Mila Kunis (Jackie) on board. The streaming company has worked with each actor in the past for other projects, except Topher Grace.

This new spinoff will take place in 1995 when Eric Foreman and Donna Pinciotti’s daughter comes to visit her grandparents, Kitty and Red. The show will surround their daughter Leia, as she makes a new group of friends in Point Place, Wisconsin.

No word yet on when the series will premiere.
