Coldplay and Selena Gomez have teamed up for a new collaboration and I can’t WAIT! It’ll be called ‘Let Somebody Go’ which Chris Martin penned just for Selena.
MusicNews says the “Yellow” band and Selena recorded the song in April. They plan on a live performance of the song when the group releases their album ‘Music Of The Spheres’ on October 15th.
“Chris has always been a huge fan of Selena and it’s a dream come true that she’s finally singing on a Coldplay record,” a source told The Sun. Part of the hope for the collaboration is for Selena’s younger following to join the next generation of fans for Coldplay.
The band released “Higher Power” as their first single off their new upcoming album back in May. They’ve also just released “My Universe” as a collaboration with k-pop band BTS.
