The Rolling Stones are playing in Charlotte on Thursday, September 30th, but Mick Jagger was in the Queen City a day early to check out some of Charlotte's local businesses.
Mick Jagger posted to his Instagram and Twitter a picture of him having a drink at a notorious dive bar in town, The Thirsty Beaver Saloon. The bar has survived the booming apartment redevelopments in Plaza Midwood and remains right front and center on Central Avenue.
The Rolling Stones will be playing Bank of America Stadium in Uptown on Thursday before continuing the rest of their tour.
