One of the sisters Jennetta Archer said, "There’s no similarity in the person. Their size was way off. When the first person had the clothing on, she was swimming in the clothes because she was so small compared to my mother."
Their mother's body was eventually found in the embalming room.
The sisters say the funeral home did not even acknowledge their mistake when brought to their attention. They even denied that they had made a mistake at all.
Later, the home claimed to have apologized to the sisters over a call, but the Archers say they never received such a call.
