Chrissy Teigen attends Global Citizen VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The World at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Global Citizen VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The World will be broadcast on May 8, 2021.

Chrissy Teigen has opened up about her most recent cosmetic procedure on Instagram.

Over the weekend, Teigen, 35, revealed in her Instagram Story that she had fat removed from her cheeks. In the clip, which has since been re-shared by The Cosmetic Lane, the Cravings author explained she had buccal fat removal done by Dr. Jason Diamond, while pointing to her noticeably defined jawline.

“I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here,” Teigen says, pointing to the area below her cheekbones. “And since I quit drinking, I’m really seeing the results.”

Teigen, who celebrated 50 days of sobriety earlier this month, expresses in the video that she’s proud of the procedure’s results, saying: “I like it. Yeah, I did it, what?”

“No shame in my game,” Teigen wrote over the clip, tagging Dr. Diamond.

Teigen has long-been candid about her cosmetic procedures and surgeries. Per People, last year, the star had surgery to remove her breast implants, and in February, she underwent endometriosis surgery to alleviate pain from the disorder, which causes uterine lining tissue to incorrectly grow outside of the uterus.

In 2019, Teigen shared that she gets Botox in her armpits to prevent sweating — a procedure also done by Dr. Diamond. The former Lip Sync Battle host shared a video of herself getting it done on her Instagram Stories writing, “BOTOXED MY ARMPITS” over the clip. “TRULY BEST MOVE I HAVE EVER MADE.”

Teigen revealed in December that she decided to quit drinking after receiving a book from a friend all about giving up alcohol in a culture that’s obsessed with it socially. She reflected on her time living in New York City, regretting her self-proclaimed “functioning alcoholic” days.

“today is my 50 day sobriety streak! it should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road,” Teigen wrote. “this is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!! this is also my third day this week working out which is unheard of for me, and my bears are notttt making it easy but loving @movewithnicole on YouTube!!”
