This survey from SeeLevelHX found the average time of all fast food places as well as the top 5 restaurants with the fastest drive-thrus in 2020. The average time to get through a drive-thru was almost 6 minutes at 5 minutes and 56.8 seconds.
5. Burger King - 5.7 minutes
4. Carl's Jr. - 5.6 minutes
3. Hardee's - 5.3 minutes
2. Taco Bell - 5.1 minutes
Anddd #1 is KFC - 4.7 minutes
While Chick-Fil-A fell in last place for speed, the survey also ranked the same fast-food restaurants by taste, customer service, and accuracy in orders. Chick-Fil-A ranked #1 in all three of the other categories.
