I was just at Walt Disney World. There’s rumors of a few big changes coming. Now they’re public. Disney is switching out Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year.

It’s being replaced by a nighttime event called Disney Very Merriest After Hours, from November 8th through December 21st, and won’t be included in regular admission. That means, yes, you’ll have to pay extra. It will, however, feature a special show – Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks.

Not everyone will get in on the fun as “a limited number of tickets will be sold for this event. It’s held after regular park operating hours, with lower wait times and access to more than 20 select attractions.”

I also heard that the “Fast Pass” is going away in favor for a “pay to ride VIP experience”

Check out a few pics from my trip!
