Beyoncé is considered one of, if not the best performer of our generation. If you’re like me, and have watching all her behind the scenes videos, and documentaries, you know how much work goes into everything she does, but this is one thing I did not know.

Back in 2013, before her legendary Super Bowl performance, Beyoncé talked about how she motivates herself to be so determined and she revealed that she actually uses a Football tactic when it comes to her performances.

She explained that she approaches her shows the same way that Football players approach their games.

“You know how they sit down and watch whoever they’re going to play and study themselves? That’s how I treat this. I watch my performances, and I wish I could just enjoy them, but I see the light that was late. I see,’ Oh God, that hair did not work.’ Or ‘I should never do that again.’ I try to perfect myself.””

How interesting! I never really thought about it, but I can imagine that technique of going back, watching video, and reflecting can be beneficial in a lot of aspects of life.

Whatever Beyoncé is doing, she clearly is killing it!
