Dishin’ With Debbie-Everything Toasted Pierogies

If you're searching for a way to impress your guests at the next summer party, I suggest Mrs. T's Everything Toasted Pierogies.  First of all, the simplicity of the dish just screams summer to me.  Secondly, the flavors are tremendous from just a handful of ingredients.
