It’s supposed to be pretty rainy this weekend so why not support some female filmmakers and binge on some awesome women-directed films? That’s why I’ve put together this perfect list….

That's why I've put together this perfect list. Support women directors! And especially women of color directors. After all, I always say the future of film is female.
I've provided links to each director so you can learn more about their work. Some of them have many more works than what I have listed, lots of them with acting credit as well. And many have upcoming projects you can keep tabs on. I also made sure to include the genres of these films so you can pick a few of your favorite genres to watch. Happy viewing! :)
