This is absolutely terrifying!
Former Concord Walmart employee Lacy Gentry, crashed his 2015 Volkswagen Passat into the Walmart located on Thunder Road in Concord earlier this week.
The call came into police around 6am that someone had not only hit the store but was driving around inside the facility reeking havoc. Officers were able to get Gentry to stop, and arrested him on the scene.
Gentry is now facing many charges and being held in jail on a $100,000 bond.
While Gentry's motive is not known, we do know that he is a former Walmart employee but hasn't been with the company since early February.
Thankfully there were no injuries, but the store did sustain some heavy damage.
