Now you can have your cake (or cookies) and eat it too! At least if you make these cookies you can! I am always looking for new ways to mix up my Profile by Sanford meal plan and I think these healthy cookies were a home run!
In my normal meal plan, I have oatmeal in the morning with a piece of fruit. Well, I combined the two together for one quick and easy meal you can grab and go! Plus, there are only 3 all natural ingredients.
Not only are these healthy oatmeal cookie easy to eat, they are also easy to make! My kids LOVE getting involved and help smash the bananas during the process! Here is the recipe!
1 cup of oats per 2 bananas. Mash together.
1 handful of blueberries.
Hand roll or pat patties and bake on 350 for 15 mins.
