SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA - JULY 24: A Caterpillar front loader is displayed on a mound of dirt at Peterson Tractor Co. on July 24, 2019 in San Leandro, California. Caterpillar reported second quarter earnings that missed analyst expectations with revenues of $14.43 billion, just short of the expected $14.42 billion. (Photo by Justin Sullivan/Getty Images)

A 32-year-old reportedly drove his injured 40-year-old friend to a hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska. It’s a nice, unremarkable story until you find out Jordan Evans loaded the man into the front bucket on a $75,000 front-end loader he didn’t have permission to drive.

Cops say Evans’ blood-alcohol content tested at 0.184%, which is more than double the legal limit (not shocking). He has since been arrested on suspicion of felony theft, fourth-offense DUI, and driving during a 15-year license revocation.
