How addicted are you to your phone? I like to think I am not that addicted... but every morning, the first thing I do it check my phone. It's also the last thing I do before I go to bed, and something I do probably hundreds of times everyday.

The truth is, our society is pretty addicted to screens. A study in 2019 found that teens are spending an average of more than 7 hours a day staring at screens for entertainment alone.

One company is putting that obsession to the test to see just how long we can go without staring at screens.

Reviews.org is taking that obsession to the next level, and hosting a challenge to see how many phone lovers can take a 24-hour detox from screens. They are even offering to pay chosen challengers over two thousand dollars if they can survive a whole day without screens.

Those selected will have to swear off ALL screens, including television, gaming, computers, smartwatches and smart home devices for a period of 24 hours. That may seem easy to some, but with most companies going remote after the pandemic, it will be harder than ever.
