President Biden’s former dog trainer says the stress of moving to the White House could have caused Biden’s German Shepherd, Major, to bite someone.

As we told you, both of Biden’s dogs have since been sent back to Delaware for the time being following last week’s incident. Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Major was surprised by a strange person when he bit. Trainer Mark Tobin tells TMZ the pooches may just need some more training and time to acclimate to such a busy new environment. Three-year-old Major is the first shelter dog to call the White House home.

Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan has offered to help and says it isn’t the dog that’s the problem, it’s the humans not making accommodating moves so the dogs feel safe. In their new and intimidating environment. He says the two-legged creatures are the ones who need training…all of them… including White House staff.
