It’s true, the early bird really does catch the worm! Nobody enjoys waking up super early in the morning, but science has shown that people who wake up early in the morning are more successful in their every day lives. If you wake up and do yoga in the morning, you’ll be a morning person in no time!

Wellness expert Jamie Price has the trick that will make even the latest sleeper a morning person for good.

The trick?

To wake up with enough time to get a solid mediation session in. Wake up with enough time to stretch and relax your brain before putting it to work for an eight hour workday. Not only that but this routine will help your stress levels and also help regulate your sleep schedule. When you have a healthy sleep schedule, you’re able to wake up earlier!

It all comes full circle!
