Hornets Star Cody Zeller Calls MRL For Secret Santa

We had our 9th annual Secret Santa for the kids at Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital on Thursday. We raised thousands to give the kids inside Hemby a great holiday. Some kids won't go home this for months. It's our job to put a smile on their face by putting an Xbox in their room or an Ipad for some Facetime fun.

Novant has a great relationship with the Charlotte Hornets basketball team. We've always had a great relationship with Cody Zeller the 7'1'' forward for the Hornets.

He joined us to talk about his countless visits to the hospital and told us how amazing and resilient the kids are.

He also shared how he wore sneakers signed by the kids inside the hospital.
