If you were looking forward to attending Charlotte Hornets games this year, you might want to let that dream go.

The Charlotte Hornets announced today that they will not be hosting fans in the arena as the 2020-2021 NBA season starts.

The team says they will continue to work with local health officials to find a safe and logical way to incorporate fans when the right time comes. With that being said, cases in Mecklenburg county continue to rise as well as cases all around the country, so who knows when or if we will get to sit in on a hornets game.
