KFC will be displaying a classic look this holiday season.

The fast-food chain will be bring ucking back it’s old-school holiday design of buckets from 1966 and 1971. The company will also roll out a 2020 style as well while still paying homage to the vintage buckets. They’ll make their debut on November 24th.

Interestingly, KFC is on the Nostalgia bandwagon. In case you haven’t noticed, throwback touches are being heavily added in commercials since COVID struck.

Psychology professor Krystine Batcho said that the rise of nostalgia in advertising is “grounded in a sense of collective loss that we’re all feeling.”

Chips Ahoy, Burger King, and AT&T all brought back retired mascots or brand spokespeople this year.
