Those who make the annual pilgrimage to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania on Groundhog Day won’t have to leave the comfort of their homes next year.
The Punxsutawney Groundhog Club announced this week that there will be no in-person attendance at Gobbler’s Knob for 2021. Organizers say that after consulting with health officials, the best decision was to plan for a virtual event next year.
