A man in Florida is taking McDonald's to court.
The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports that back in May, Alexei Stolfat bit into a chicken McNugget with a bone in it and chipped his tooth. Stolfat said he realized that he damaged his tooth following three days of feeling discomfort in his mouth and headaches.
The poor guy needs a tooth extraction, root canal, and dental implant surgery, according to his dentist. Stolfat is holding off until after the court case is solved.
A spokesperson for the restaurant says they could not speak on the matter, but they "take these claims seriously." Stolfat is looking to get one-point-one-million-dollars in damages and for the company to recall the popular menu item.
Those must have been some expensive teeth.
