If you’re a manager still on the fence about letting your employees keep on working from home, you should know it’s a beneficial deal for you, too. How would you like to never conduct an interview again? Because while they get to eliminate pants from their wardrobe, keeping your workers home gets to lower your turnover rates.

According to a new study, 90% of workers say they’d be more likely to stick with their current job if working from home is a viable option. But before you go selling your office completely, the thing is when they say they want to “work from home,” what they mean is mostly work from home. While over half of the survey said they’d love to work remotely permanently, 36% said they’d prefer a mix.

So why? The survey found nearly half said they’re happy skipping the commute, 24% were pumped to have extra time in the morning, and 18% were excited to save on food and transportation. On the other hand, they did say the number one thing they’d miss the most is meeting up with co-workers. So cancel the office and move casual Fridays to a bar!
