Let me start by saying, I am a HUGE fan of North Carolina. The 2 and half years I did not lived in this state, I missed it terribly.

I love it because it basically has everything you could want or need, all in one state. But apparently I’m not the only one who has noticed how amazing NC is.

Forbes just released their list of the top 25 places in America to retire, and wouldn’t you know, North Carolina made the list not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!

Asheville, Raleigh and Winston-Salem earned spots on a list.

Some reasons that the cities were chosen include their agreeable climates, air quality, doctor-to-patient ratios and bike-friendly environments, as well as other factors.
