About Nexus Church: The mission of Nexus Church is to connect people to Christ, Community, & Purpose. We are a church founded on a commitment to serving God’s people in and outside of the four walls of the church.

Since COVID-19 I wondered if food banks are fulfilling the need of hungry people since we still have hungry people. Food banks in the United States are becoming more diverse since the pandemic opening up small operations serving people spread out across large rural areas to very large communities. These days we’re seeing more meat packing facilities shut down, but that’s a story for another blog. Just make sure you spread the word about the Charlotte Pop-Up Community Grocery sponsored by Nexus Church. The church reply on donors and volunteers to carry out their day-to-day operations, so log on and check them out.
