MADRID, SPAIN - MARCH 13: A woman wears a protective face mask on March 13, 2020 in Madrid, Spain. Today known cases of Covid-19 in Madrid are 2.000, this is about half the total across the country. Spain is now the second hardest hit European country next to Italy with 90 reported deaths, 56 in Madrid. (Photo by Carlos Alvarez/Getty Images)

With coronavirus cases continuing to rise in NC, we’re unsure of what the next step will be. A few cities, and towns, including Raleigh, have already made a mandate to make face masks mandatory in public.

While Charlotte doesn’t have that mandate yet, it may only be a matter of time.¬†Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles is asking North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper to make face masks mandatory statewide.

We’ll just have to wait and see what Governor Cooper is planning to do, but I want to know what you think; do you think face masks should be mandatory at this point?
