Cypress Hill Is Set To Perform 'Live From L.A.' Virtual Concert

Cypress Hill is having a concert for fans this Friday. According to Rolling Stone, the rap group will livestream the show on the Melody VR app. They add that the performance was filmed entirely with 360-degree video technology.

This will be the first performance from the band since the coronavirus pandemic hit. In a statement, the group discussed the upcoming concert, saying, "When we were approached to perform for our fans again, we jumped on it. We definitely wanted to give them a unique experience with this intimate show."

Other artists who have performed on the Melody VR platform include John Legend, DaniLeigh, and Zella Day.

The Cypress Hill livestream will air this Friday (June 19). If you miss the livestream, the show will be available on-demand beginning June 25.
