(Photo by Jeenah Moon/Getty Images)North Carolina has been in Phase 2 of re-opening during the coronavirus pandemic since May 22nd. Since then, case numbers have increased exponentially, now averaging around 1,000 cases a day, which has many people freaking out.
When Governor Cooper first announced the "phases" system to reopen the state, he said at any time he could extend or even revert back to a previous phase of opening. With the cases now getting so high, some people think we should go back to Phase 1 of reopening while others know that if that were to happen, it would be the end for lots of local businesses who are already struggling.
