The Maney & LauRen Morning Show

Weekdays 6:00AM-9:00AM

“The Sopranos” had one of the most iconic series finales in television history. Is Tony Soprano killed or no? I’m a HUGE “Sopranos” fan and I think he lived…

A leaked interview for “The Soprano Sessions” with David Chaseand co-authors Alan Sepinwall and Matt Zoller Seitz reveals the truth, accidentally. In the roundtable, Sepinwall asked Chase “When you said there was an end point, you don’t mean Tony at Holsten’s [the diner], you just meant, ‘I think I have two more years’ worth of stories left in me.’ ”

Chase without realizing it replied by saying, “Yes, I think I had that death scene around two years before the end … But we didn’t do that.”

Zoller Seitz then exclaimed, “You realize, of course, that you just referred to that as a death scene.”

Chase, realizing what he let leak, responded with a simple, “F - - k you guys.”

Well, that ends the debate!
