Ace Hardware is giving away 1 million American flags for Memorial Day on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020.

In the true spirit of Memorial Day, Ace Hardware is again collaborating with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Ace Hardware is pledging to give out 1 million American flags nationwide on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020.

As an essential business, Ace Hardware stores remain open to safely serve their neighbors and local communities. Consumers who visit a participating Ace store on May 23 will receive a free 8” x 12” American flag* while a second flag will be donated to a local VFW Post to be used for marking and honoring veteran graves this Memorial Day.

There are a few locations for Ace Hardware in Charlotte, including a store off Park Road and Hovis Road. The Flags will be available in participating Ace stores, while quantities last and there is a one per person limit. You can find your closest Ace Hardware here!
