You’re definitely not alone if you have put on the extra quarantine weight. With gyms being closed, and my office now being WAY too close to my food pantry, gaining weight is pretty likely.

To make us all feel a little better about ourselves, a new study has just been done, that asks the question; how much have you gained in self-isolation?

The poll found that the average American has gained 5lbs during this time. It also found that 65 percent of those polled admitted to taking a break from their exercise regimens.

Now only time will tell 1.) how much longer we’ll be asked to stay home, and gyms will remain closed, and 2.) how much more we’ll gain before then!

Here’s my take; these are hard times, so a couple pounds won’t matter in the long run! As long as you are staying healthy mentally and physically… DO YOU!
