HOLLYWOOD, CA - JUNE 24: Rapper Nelly (L), actress Wanda Sykes and rapper Ludacris present the "Best Female Hip-Hop Artist" award on stage during the 3rd Annual BET Awards Show at the Kodak Theatre June 24, 2003 in Hollywood, California.

This weekend rappers Ludacris and Nelly are next up for the “Verzuz” battle series via Instagram Live and presented by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland.

The Atlanta native and St. Louis native will go head for head, playing their hit records back to back while fans decide if the Southern Hospitality rapper or Country Grammar rapper had better hits.

Ludacris and Nelly’s “Verzuz” battle follows the highly lauded battle that took place last weekend between Erykah Badu and Jill Scott.

After Badu and Scott’s “Verzuz” battle, both of the soul singer’s streams tripled, and their hits landed on iTunes’ R&B/Soul and Top 40 charts.

Luda and Nelly’s “Verzuz” battle takes place on Saturday, (May 16) at 7 p.m. EST on Instagram Live.
