A woman from Fort Wayne, Indiana was fired from her job as a mechanic for a local Honda Dealership after her co-workers found out she had done some amateur adult videos in her free time. Those co-workers than continued to watch those videos while at work - they're still employed.
Kirsten Vaughn worked as a mechanic at Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne, Indiana and at the age of 24, she was on her way to becoming Don Ayres Honda's first female master technician. However, when her male co-workers discovered her adult videos online, they watched them at work. Over and over again. So, of course, they fired Kirsten...not the guys watching porn AT WORK.
She claims that while management was aware her coworkers were viewing her adult videos while at work, they held her responsible for not just the viewing of the videos, but for any potential harassment or other unwanted behavior from them. She was fired for “violating company policy,” though no specific policy was cited or referenced.
