Well, that's not good. One of the main ways that the CDC has recommended slowing the spread of the coronavirus is by practicing social distancing.
Unfortunately, it seems as though North Carolina doesn't seem to be doing very well at social distancing. Unacast just dropped North Carolina's social distancing grade to an "F"; that's the lowest possible grade.
The "f" grade was given because 55 percent of people leaving the house was considered non-essential, and there is a less than 40% decrease in encounters compared to the nationwide rate. Hopefully, our score will go up soon, as the stay-home order is only in effect until May 8th in North Carolina.
