You officially have permission to throw as many personal pity parties as you’d like without judgment.

I honestly think we had lots more of these pre-COVID-19, but others were always around to pull us up and out of that deep dark place. Magically our mood was lighter, but now that we’re all vibrating at different levels of happy, sad & mad, who will be our mood shifter?  Positive distractions is the name of the COVID-19 situation in order to pull up and out of sadness, frustration or simply, mad. A good friend gave me an instant pick me up by sharing photos we took last year. It sounds corny, but it worked.

A high profile consulting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina shared the concept of filling your workspace with a positive play list, and favorite aroma therapy. We’ve always been responsible for our happiness, but now it’s a wake call to actually do it!
