Spring Cleaning Can Be Fun

Springtime means one thing; it's time to open up the windows and clean that, pollen, dust and grime of winter away.
I don’t know about you, but cleaning is not my favorite thing to do, especially cleaning my tub, which is strange because it's the place we depend on to clean ourselves. Thankfully, Pinterest scrolling came in handy and sent me a godsend recipe. This is simple but MIGHTY in breaking down even the oil and grease from a mechanic’s filth. Ready?

It's called the Mighty Shower & Tub Cleaner

  • White Vinegar
  • Dawn Dish Soap (or any type that is good with oils)
  • Sponge with a scrub side  (if you do not have a scrub side sponge, you can scrub with a brush)

Step 1- Mix equal parts of vinegar and dish soap in a bowl. (I used about 1 cup of each)
Step 2- Using the sponge spread the mixture on your tub and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3- Using the scrub side of the sponge (or your scrub brush) scrub the surface with some water
Step 4- Be sure to rinse all of the mixture and grime off of everywhere you applied & scrubbed.
Step 5- Sip on some wine and enjoy a nice clean bubble bath in your sparkling clean tub.
