I love sports. I love the competition aspect of almost any sport. From football to tennis to NASCAR. I’ll take it.

It’s a sad time right now with every major sports league shut down. But NASCAR has a plan for us to watch the Homestead-Miami race it’s called a virtual race.

They had already run a virtual race and live-streamed it on their Twitter page and it was well-received. Now, iRacing will run a dedicated NASCAR series competed by full-time eSports drivers and teams, which will continue alongside the Invitational series. The next race kicks off on Sunday at 1:30 pm with a virtual race on Homestead-Miami Speedway, which was the scheduled venue for this weekend’s postponed NASCAR Cup race. Looks pretty real to me!
