In these times, it’s hard to find a positive news story it seems, but here’s one!

Spring is coming early this year. So early, in fact, that it’s the earliest Spring since 1896.

Thursday marks the first official day of Spring. While lots of restaurants, and shops have chosen to close down due to coronavirus, taking a walk outdoors is not cancelled. Keep in mind to social distance yourself of course, but get out and enjoy the earliest Spring in 124 years this Thursday.

Also, a fun fact: Thursday will be one of two days out of the year when the Earth will experience roughly 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness almost everywhere on Earth.

and in case you were wondering, the weather around Charlotte this Thursday is going to be beautiful: sunny and a high of 80 degrees.
