The Charity League of Charlotte is an amazing philanthropic group of inter-generational women giving back to the community as they change the lives of children in our community. The group is comprised of dedicated volunteers that give back in a big way. This year the 2020 Spring Tea is jammed packed with a fashion show, great food, and an auction to raise awareness and funds for the cause.
The CLC hub- Children’ s League of Charlotte, is the newest service to the Charlotte community of children. They’ve created closets in local schools that include: Sterling Elementary and Hidden Valley Elementary. Closets are coordinated with the principals and social workers of each school to be stocked with items of need for that particular school. Closets will include items such as clothes (new), backpacks, school supplies, hygiene items, teacher supplies, books and more. CLC also will provide books for students during their book fair, so that each child can take home the book of their choice. We provided a book for every student at Pine Valley Elementary School last year.
Spring Tea
