When it comes to planning the menu for your Super Bowl party, there are a few key factors to consider to ensure your guests are happy and satisfied. First, think about the size of your party and how many people will be attending. This will help you determine how much food you need to prepare. Next, consider your guests' preferences - are they more into traditional game day snacks like wings and nachos, or do they prefer healthier options like veggie trays and salads?

Another important aspect to think about is the ease of preparation. Opt for recipes that can be made ahead of time or require minimal effort on the day of the party so you can enjoy the game too. And that is where my Buffalo Chicken Dip comes in!

Pot Luck parties are also a SuperBowl staple. Even if your not in charge of everything, be a good guest and bring something! The big game party my family and I will attend this Sunday is no exception. I had originally planned on making either Creamy Enchilada Soup or Peach Cobbler but somehow both options were already being made by others attending. So I moved on to the next best and quite honestly easier option.

This easy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a good recipe to have in your back pocket for such an occasion. Most of what you need for this recipe you can find in your refrigerator and if not, it's an easy store run!

Ingredients

A whole roasted chicken

2 cups of mozzarella

8 oz of cream cheese

1/2 cup of ranch

3/4 cup of hot sauce

Bake for 15 mins on 350.

Here is the recipe to wow your guest in no time!

This is the BEST Fried Chicken in North & South Carolina

Now, if there's one thing I know how to do... that's eat! I enjoy eating and indulging. I love food and trying new foods. Whether I am going to a restaurant or just cooking it up myself, I love it. One of my favorite foods is chicken. I know, pretty basic because who doesn't enjoy chicken? In just about any form chicken can be great because it can be cooked in so many ways or mixed with so many different ingredients. It goes with just about everything!

Well, Taste of Home is naming some of the best fried chicken in every state. As soon as I saw it, I had to take a look for myself. Because when someone says "best friend chicken" you have to see what they are talking about. They took every state and did a deep dive to find the best fried chicken in each state. From Alaska and Hawaii to right here in the Carolinas. But, where do you think has the BEST fried chicken in North and South Carolina? Let's take a look at the two spots with the best fried chicken in North and South Carolina and see what it's really hitting on. See the full list here of every state to see what other restaurants you can try when traveling this year.

South Carolina

First off, we're starting in South Carolina. According to this list, Yogi Bear's Honey Fried Chicken in Hartsville, SC is the BEST fried chicken in the state. Imagine crispy, fried chicken being dipped in a sweet, savory syrup... perfection! I have never been here but I know of Hartsville and I know they have some great, great food! You can get multiple dinner pieces, pork chops, gizzards, seafood, and more all in one spot. Sounds like we might need to take a little visit to Hartsville soon.

North Carolina

Now, lets take a trip to the Tar Heel state for some crispy chicken. If you're heading to Chapel Hill, then you may want to visit Mama Dips in Chapel Hill. Home to some down right, Southern home cooking you can enjoy crispy, tasty chicken at Mama Dips. Get fried chicken, fried pork chops, fried chicken livers, and so much more. Their famous fried chicken is cooked classically with not to many ingredients and just the perfect balance of salt, pepper, flour, and love. I judge fried chicken based on a picture and trust me, you can see the crunch in the pic!
